This needle-punched nonwoven is intended for liquid pickup and general industrial maintenance. Its absorbency and wet strength must be evaluated against the actual oil, water or process liquid rather than assumed from a general product category.
Confirm the supplied fibre construction, basis weight and whether the target liquid is oil, water or a process mixture before selecting a grade.
Choose loose sheets or rolls based on workstation handling. For rolls, agree width, perforation, segment length and compatible holder or dispenser.
Compare pickup, wet strength, residue release and consumption per task with an approved sample. Cleanroom particle-control performance should not be assumed without supporting test data.
