FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Purchasing questions, answered clearly

Lead time, packaging, quality, samples, customisation and delivery—before you spend time on a long enquiry.

What information should I provide for a quotation?

Product or application, expected quantity, destination, preferred size and packaging are enough to begin. If you do not know the product name, describe the surface and contaminant.

What is the usual lead time?

Lead time varies by product, quantity, customisation and packaging. A confirmed estimate is provided with the quotation after specifications are clear.

Can you arrange urgent orders?

We can review available stock, standard formats and alternative supply routes. Feasibility depends on the product and destination.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Standard product samples can be provided free of charge for qualified B2B enquiries. International courier charges are normally paid by the buyer or shipped on the buyer’s courier account. See the Samples & Shipping section below for the full policy.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product family and whether custom size, colour, printing or packaging is required. Standard products usually allow a lower entry quantity than fully customised orders.

Which products can be customised?

Textile and microfiber products commonly allow size, weight, colour or packaging options. Cleanroom and paper products offer selected format options. Reclaimed rags are batch-supplied rather than precisely customised.

Can packaging be customised?

Depending on volume, we can discuss bag weight, compressed packing, carton format, labels and distributor-ready packaging.

How do you control quality?

Quality points are agreed before supply and may include material, size tolerance, weight, absorbency, lint level, sorting grade, packaging and sample approval.

How are reclaimed rags different from standard cloths?

Reclaimed rags are sorted from recovered textiles and can vary by batch. They offer strong cost value for suitable jobs but cannot match the exact uniformity of purpose-made cloth.

Are cleanroom products suitable for every controlled environment?

No single wiper fits every class or process. Material, edge treatment, packaging and cleanliness requirements should be confirmed against the customer’s process.

Can you replace our current wiping product?

Yes. Send a photo, material or product name, specification, monthly volume and the problem to solve. We can review alternative directions.

Can you provide export documentation?

Commercial invoice, packing list and other standard shipping documents can be arranged according to the order and destination. Any special certificate should be confirmed before ordering.

How is delivery arranged?

Shipment can be discussed by sea, air or courier depending on volume and urgency. Incoterms, port and freight responsibility are confirmed in the quotation.

How should I compare total cost?

Compare usable wipes, absorbency, durability, consumption rate, disposal, packaging and labour—not only price per piece or kilogram.

Can product videos be provided?

Where available, demonstration videos appear on the product detail page. Additional packing or application footage can be discussed for serious enquiries.

SAMPLES & SHIPPING

Clear sample and courier arrangements before shipment

Standard samples are intended to help qualified B2B buyers confirm product fit before a volume order.

Are standard product samples free?

Yes. Standard product samples can be provided free of charge for qualified B2B enquiries. Sample quantity and preparation time depend on the selected product.

Who pays the international courier charge?

International courier charges are normally paid by the buyer. If you have a DHL, FedEx or UPS account, we can normally ship using your courier account after the shipment details are confirmed.

Can JETESO arrange and prepay the courier?

Yes. If JETESO arranges the courier, the freight charge can be collected from the buyer before shipment. For a qualifying first bulk order, the agreed sample courier charge may be credited against that order and shown in the commercial quotation or order confirmation.

What if the sample is not urgent?

For less urgent shipments, more economical delivery options can be discussed where available. Delivery time will normally be longer than DHL, FedEx or UPS express service.

Can sample or freight support be reviewed for a larger project?

Yes. For high-volume, project-based or strategically important enquiries, sample quantity and freight support can be reviewed case by case based on the expected order and project requirements.

How is bulk-order shipping handled?

Bulk-order freight is confirmed separately according to destination, volume, shipping method and Incoterms. Sea, air, courier or other practical arrangements can be discussed with the quotation.
